ARRIVAL
We handle your check-in flexibly with our keybox: you arrive and have immediate, hassle-free access to the apartment. All information about your arrival will be conveniently sent to you by email beforehand.
If you prefer a personal check-in, our team is happy to welcome you on-site.
FACILITIES
Regardless of the length of your stay, you will find everything you need to feel at home in our apartments: high-quality furnishings with carefully selected pieces, box-spring beds with different mattress firmness, fully equipped kitchens with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. Towels are also provided.
INTERNET
Our apartments are equipped with high-speed internet, allowing up to 5 devices to connect online without any issues.
BILLING
Invoices can be paid via direct debit, credit card, cash, or bank transfer, according to your preference. The VAT is shown separately, so submitting it with your tax return is no problem.

LEASE DURATION
Is your stay being extended? Just let us know, and we will gladly extend your booking.
CLEANING
If you would like your apartment cleaned, we are happy to arrange interim cleaning on specific dates or regularly, such as weekly or every two weeks. We also take care of changing bed linen and towels.
