Depending on availability, you can rent a business apartment for as long as you like.
Is there a minimum rental period?
There is no minimum rental period for our business apartments. Depending on the apartment, we are happy to accommodate you for a few nights, several months, or even years.
How does the booking process work?
The booking process is very straightforward. You can send an inquiry about your desired apartment either by e mail or via our website. We will process it immediately and send you the rental agreement. The apartment is then booked, and we look forward to welcoming you.
What is included in the rental price?
Our prices include all costs such as rent, electricity, gas, water, garbage, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, TV, weekly cleaning, final cleaning upon departure, local tax, and the statutory 10% VAT.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. Almost all costs are covered and already included in the flat-rate rental price. The only costs we as a company are not permitted to bear are the public broadcasting fees. These are mandatory payments made by the tenant due to legal requirements.
What additional services can I request?

How does the check-in process work?
The check-in process is very straightforward. The key will be placed in a key box at the building entrance. As soon as you arrive, you can take the key and move into your apartment without having to wait for anyone. You will, of course, receive all the necessary information about check-in and the apartment well in advance of your arrival.
What times can I check in and out?
You can check in anytime from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If possible, we are happy to offer you an earlier check-in. Check-out on the day of departure is by 10 am. If you require a later check-out, we will of course do our best to help you.
Are there common areas such as fitness rooms or rooftop terraces?
Our apartments do not have any common areas. If a balcony is advertised for your apartment, it is for your exclusive use.
Are cleaning services offered?
Yes, our price includes weekly cleanings with change of bed linen and towels. If you would like more cleanings, we are happy to arrange these for you.
Can I extend my stay?
Extending your stay is, of course, possible. You have the exclusive right to extend your stay for as long as you like up to one month before your scheduled departure date. Contact us, and we will endeavor to arrange an extension.
How flexible are the rental options?
Depending on availability, we always strive to offer our guests flexible options. Depending on the apartment, we also offer customized lengths of stay, tailored to your needs.

How is the rent charged?
The rent is calculated based on the length of stay and is billed monthly for longer bookings. We will find a tailor-made solution to meet your needs.
What cancellation conditions apply?
Our cancellation and withdrawal conditions are as follows:
Cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant before the start date of the rental period must be made in writing to the landlord’s business address or by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the landlord.
If the tenant’s cancellation notice is received by the landlord at least three weeks before the start date of the rental period, no cancellation fees will apply.
If the cancellation notice is not received by the landlord at least three weeks before the agreed start date of the rental period, the following cancellation fees will apply:
– For bookings of up to one month: the entire gross rent,
– For bookings of more than one month: one gross monthly rent.
The same conditions apply if the landlord does not receive a cancellation notice from the tenant and the tenant does not commence the rental agreement without further notice (“no show”).
