Where are the apartments located?
All apartments are in prime central locations in Vienna, with many of them even in the first district. You can therefore reach the city center from all apartments within a few minutes.
What costs are included?
Our prices include all costs such as electricity, gas, water, garbage, high-speed internet, TV, one weekly intermediate cleaning, local tax, and statutory VAT. There are therefore no additional costs for you.
How is the apartment furnished?
In the apartment, you will find everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. You don’t even need to bring towels, as they are already waiting for you. Therefore, you can move straight from the airport into your new home.
Is there air conditioning?
Most of our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, but not all of them. You will find the correct information in the description of each apartment.
How is check-in working?
We always handle check-ins contactless via our key box. You can therefore check-in yourself at any time and don’t have to wait for someone to unlock the door.
Is it possible to view the apartment?
Of course, we can also offer you a viewing of your favorite apartment.
What services are included?
We are always happy to help you with your concerns. Whether you are locked out or need us to organize a parking space for you, you can always reach us.
Is cleaning included?
Of course, one cleaning per week is included. All surfaces, floors, bathrooms and toilets are cleaned once a week, and your bed linen and towels are replaced for fresh ones.
Is there public transportation nearby?
All apartments are just a few steps away from public transport. This allows you to explore the city and its picturesque surroundings in no time at all. After all, Vienna is known for its excellent public transportation.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We love pets. Well behaved pets are allowed on request.
Is Viennese water drinkable?
Viennese water is fresh spring water coming directly from the mountains and has perfect drinking quality. It is one of the best tap waters in Europe.
