For more than 330 years, the Wagner family has been running a winery, which now extends over 11 hectares of vineyards in Vienna, Klosterneuburg and Meidling. The oldest cellar part of the house dates back to the 17th century.

The traditional winery “Mayer am Pfarrplatz”, the epitome of Viennese wine tavern culture, has been producing the best Viennese wine in Heiligenstadt since 1683. Ludwig van Beethoven lived in the romantic, listed suburban house on Pfarrplatz in 1817. During his time in Heiligenstadt he worked on his greatest work, the 9th Symphony.

A former stable has been transformed into a restaurant, and the adjacent orchard has been converted into a guest garden. Over the years, the wine-growing business expanded into the current winery, which now boasts 5 hectares of vineyards. The rustic restaurant, featuring a traditional tiled stove, can accommodate 85 guests. The guest garden is divided into three sections: the inner courtyard, the sun terrace, and the natural garden, providing a total of 120 seats.

Vienna offers a highly valuable wine location that is both climatically and geologically preferred. The “world’s best” wines were made in Grinzing a hundred years ago. In the heart of the Grinzing wine region, you’ll find Obermann, where you’ll be rewarded with excellent organic wines, a warm family atmosphere, and an abundance of nature.

The beautiful tradition of the Buschenschank today: The family business offers biodynamic wines from the two wineries Wieninger and Hajszan Neumann as well as cold – including vegetarian – Buschenschank delicacies from local, first-class producers of the best quality. When composing the dishes, just as much emphasis is placed on organic dishes as on Austrian ingredients.

The Schübel-Auer with one of the oldest guest gardens at the foot of the Nussberg is one of the most beautiful traditional taverns in Vienna. The Hengl-Haselbrunner winery, located in the heart of Döbling, has been a family business for many generations. The company covers around 11 hectares of its own wine-growing area in the 19th district. As a traditional business with many years of experience, they strive to ensure the highest quality in the vineyard and cellar, as well as in food and service. Hengl-Haselbrunner regularly receives awards from the Vienna Ecobusiness Plan for its efforts to conserve resources.

An idyllic vineyard with wine cellar on Bisamberg. With great attention to detail, a quiet place of comfort and conviviality has been created here in the middle of the vineyards. In addition to excellent wines and fine brandies, Tyrolean specialties such as Galtürer house bacon, East Tyrolean Henkele, high-quality cheese (alpine, mountain and gray cheese), chamois sausage or deer ham are served. You will also find the classic Brettljause and homemade pastries on the menu.

The Heurige at the end of Stammersdorfer Kellergasse exudes a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you enter. The cozy arbor fenced by vines, the wild, rustic vineyard or the modern living room offer every guest a perfect place. The head of the house personally ensures culinary delights and physical well-being.
